6.2 Consumer Arbitration
The Provider is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) pursuant to the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG), unless required by law.
7. Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7(1) DDG and general laws. Pursuant to §§ 8–10 DDG, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.

Our website may contain links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore we cannot assume any liability for such external content.
